1. Agreement
These terms and conditions govern the provision of chauffeur and transport services by Wisdom Limos (ABN 11 617 579 941) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By requesting a quote, confirming a booking, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings
- •Bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from Wisdom Limos.
- •We prefer a minimum of 48 hours notice for all bookings. Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
- •It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses and contact details.
- •For airport pickups, flight details must be provided at the time of booking to enable flight tracking.
3. Pricing and Payment
- •All fares are fixed and quoted upfront. The fare displayed at the time of booking is the fare you pay, subject to any additional fees agreed upon before travel.
- •Additional charges may apply for significant changes to the trip, excessive waiting time beyond the agreed period, or toll road usage where applicable.
- •Payment is accepted via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
- •An after-hours surcharge applies to travel between 10:00pm and 6:00am.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Our full cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Conduct and Vehicle Use
- •All passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
- •Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles.
- •Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will be the financial responsibility of the client.
- •We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving in a manner that is unsafe, disruptive, or threatening to our driver.
6. Punctuality and Delays
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure punctuality, Wisdom Limos is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road incidents, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. For airport transfers, we strongly recommend allowing adequate buffer time for your flight. We are not responsible for missed flights.
7. Luggage and Property
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings. Wisdom Limos accepts no liability for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle. If you believe you have left an item in one of our vehicles, please contact us as soon as possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wisdom Limos' liability for any claim arising from the provision of our services is limited to the fare paid for the relevant journey. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or economic loss.
9. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
